About this site

This site describes DialSprint, a cloud contact center platform. Its content is informational and does not constitute a binding offer; concrete commercial terms (price, seats, scope) are agreed in writing with each customer.

Use of the service

The service is contracted for legitimate communication with customers and debtors. The customer is responsible for having the legal basis to contact their lists and for operating in accordance with the regulation applicable to their activity — including, as the case may be, PROFECO and CONDUSEF provisions on advertising and collections.

DialSprint includes compliance tooling (calling windows, suppression lists, frequency caps, audit logs), but this tooling does not replace the customer's own legal counsel nor release them from their regulatory obligations.

Telephony

Telephony is provided over third-party infrastructure and billed by consumption, separately from the software license. Per-minute and per-message rates depend on destination and carrier.

Intellectual property

The software, the brand and this site's content are property of DialSprint's operator. The data the customer loads into the platform (contacts, recordings, logs) belongs to the customer.
